Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Rowprint, the website and in-browser tool for printing labels, name tags, place cards, tickets and certificates from a list, and any Pro license you buy. By using Rowprint you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.

Using Rowprint for free

You can use Rowprint without paying and without an account, for personal or business work. The free plan makes PDFs of up to 3 sheets each, with a small “Made with Rowprint” line in the bottom margin. Everything you print is yours.

The Pro license

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. When you buy it, you get a license key that unlocks Pro features in the browsers where you enter it, for as long as Rowprint is offered, including future updates.

  • One license is for one person, or one small team sharing a workstation. A key activates up to 3 browsers.
  • You may use Pro for personal and commercial work, including printing for clients.
  • Please do not share or publish your key, resell it, or try to get around the license check. If a key is clearly being shared publicly, it may be deactivated.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by a third-party merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT and issues your receipt. Its terms apply to the payment itself.

If Rowprint doesn’t print correctly on your printer and sheets, email support@rowprint.app within 14 days of buying and you will get a full refund. We may first suggest a fix, such as a print setting, but you are not required to accept it. A refunded key is deactivated.

Printing and alignment

Rowprint lays out each sheet from published label measurements, and the PDF uses those exact sizes. Printers, drivers and label stock vary, though, and some printers shift or scale the page slightly. Before printing on labels or card stock, print a test page on plain paper at 100% scale and check it against your sheets.

Beyond the refund described above, Rowprint is provided as it is, without a guarantee that every printer will line up perfectly. We are not responsible for wasted labels, card stock or other materials, or for the results of printing content you supplied.

Your content

You are responsible for the lists and text you use, including having the right to use any names and addresses in them. Because your data stays in your browser, we cannot see it, recover it or delete it for you; it is in your hands.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Rowprint to break the law, to make counterfeit tickets, labels or documents, or to interfere with the website or other people’s use of it.

Trademarks

Avery® is a registered trademark of Avery Products Corporation. Rowprint is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Avery; product numbers are listed for compatibility only. Other product names belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Rowprint is limited to the amount you paid for your license, or zero if you used the free plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes and ending

Rowprint may change over time. If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date, and it applies from then on. You can stop using Rowprint at any time; a Pro license you bought stays valid under the terms in force when you bought it.
