  • 35 sheet sizes, most Avery®-compatible

Free for up to 3 sheets per PDF, which is 90 address labels. Pro prints the whole list for $19, paid once.

Prints on the sheets you already bought

35 sheet sizes, Letter and A4, and any other sheet as a custom size. Box numbers are listed for compatibility.

How it works

Three steps, one browser tab

Nothing to install, nothing to sign in to.

  1. 01

    Paste the list

Copy the rows from Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers and paste, with or without a header row. A CSV file works too.

  2. 02

    Pick the sheet

Search by the number on the box, like 5160 for address labels or 5395 for name badges. Letter and A4 are built in; any other sheet can be a custom size.

  3. 03

    Download the PDF

Place the fields, check every page in the live preview, download, and print at 100%. A little off? Print the test page and nudge by the millimetre.

In the box

Small tool, serious print shop

Everything a print run needs, and nothing that makes you sign in first. Hover a card to run it.

Paste the list you already have

Rows from Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or a CSV. Columns become fields you can place.

It lines up

Every sheet is measured in points, the unit printers use, so each line lands inside its label. Off by a hair? Nudge it by the millimetre.

Pick the sheet by its box number

Type 5160 or 5395. Letter and A4, 35 sizes.

Nothing is uploaded

Reading, laying out and writing the PDF all happen in this tab.

Numbers in cut-and-stack order

Up to 10,000 tickets, numbered so the cut piles stay in sequence.

QR codes and logos Pro

Encode a link, an email or a ticket ID on every label.

A PDF that prints at 100%

One click, one file, nothing to install.

Name tags that read across a room

First names print big and shrink only as much as they must. Two tags per guest? Set copies to 2.

$19 once

No subscription, nothing to cancel. Free up to 3 sheets per PDF.

Compared

Why not Word, Publisher or an add-on?

They can all make labels. Here is the catch with each.

Word mail merge
Fiddly. A long trip through the Mailings tab, and slips like one label per page show up only after you print.
Microsoft Publisher
Support ended in October 2026. Label and badge files kept there need a new home.
Google Docs add-ons
Access to all your documents. The popular label add-ons ask for it, and then for a yearly fee.
Avery Design & Print
Needs an Avery account. Your list goes in only after you sign up.
Rowprint
No account, nothing uploaded. Paste, pick the sheet you already bought, download. Free for up to 3 sheets per PDF, then $19 once for the whole list.

Pricing

Free for small jobs. $19 once for the rest.

Privacy · your list stays here

Made on your device

Reading the list, laying out the sheet and writing the PDF all happen in this tab. There is no server for your list to go to.

Nothing is uploaded

Parsing, layout and PDF generation run in the browser. 0 bytes of your list leave this device.

Saved here, not in a cloud

Your last project is kept in this browser’s local storage so you can come back to it. Clear the site data and it is gone.

No cookies, no ad pixels

Visits and PDFs made are counted by Vercel Web Analytics, with the sheet number and nothing from your list, and without cookies. A Pro key goes to the license server with a platform label, a date and the store’s ID.

Questions

Does it work with Avery sheets?
Yes. Pick the sheet by the number on the box, such as 5160 for address labels or 5395 for name badges. The layout uses that sheet’s measurements to the point. Other brands that print an Avery-compatible number on the box work the same way, and any other sheet can be entered as a custom size.
Will it line up when printed?
Yes, as long as the printer prints at full size. In the print dialog choose 100% or Actual size, not Fit to page. Before using a pack of labels, print the test page on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet up to a window. If it sits a little off, nudge the layout by the millimeter.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. If you buy Pro, you get a license key by email and paste it into the app.
What happens to my data?
It stays in your browser. Your list is read, laid out and turned into a PDF on your own device. The last project is saved in this browser’s local storage, so it is there when you come back. None of it is sent to a server.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is $19, paid once. There is nothing to renew or cancel, and future updates are included.
