Sheets for place cards
| Sheet | Folded size | Paper |
|---|---|---|
| Tent place cards, 4 per sheet (Avery® 5302-style) | 2 × 3½ in | US Letter |
| Tent place cards, 4 per sheet | 85 × 52.5 mm | A4 |
Pre-scored tent card sheets fold cleanly. Plain card stock works too: print, cut along the outer lines and fold along the middle.
How to print place cards
- Put the guest list in a spreadsheet with a header row, such as Name and Table, and copy it.
- Paste it into Rowprint and pick Tent place cards, 4 per sheet.
- Set {{Name}} large and bold. Add {{Table}} , or a meal choice for the caterers, in small type below it.
- Download the PDF and print it at 100% on card stock.
- Cut along the outer edges and fold along the middle, printed side out.
Tips for a neat table
- The top half of each card prints upside down on purpose. Once folded it becomes the back of the tent and reads the right way.
- Run a ruler and a dry ballpoint pen along the fold line first for a crisp edge.
- Print one sheet on plain paper to check spelling before you use the good stock. Names are the one thing guests always read.
- Many printers handle card stock better from the manual or rear feed tray. Check the heaviest paper yours accepts.
